1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing offpageseo.services or engaging Off-Page SEO Services for link building, digital PR, guest posting, or other off-page SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Off-Page SEO Services provides professional off-page search engine optimization services including strategic link building, digital PR and media outreach, guest posting, brand mention monitoring, and authority building. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work executed between the parties.

3. Service Engagement

Free audits and consultations provided through our website do not constitute a binding service agreement. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a signed agreement and receipt of any required initial payment. We reserve the right to decline engagements that conflict with our ethical standards or white-hat link building methodology.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their website, industry, and off-page SEO goals
• Grant necessary access for backlink audits and authority analysis
• Review and approve content assets within agreed timelines
• Not engage in black-hat SEO practices that could jeopardize shared campaigns
• Make timely payments as specified in the service agreement

5. White-Hat Methodology

All off-page SEO work performed by Off-Page SEO Services adheres to white-hat practices compliant with search engine guidelines. We do not engage in link schemes, private blog networks, paid link manipulation, or any tactics designed to deceive search engines. Clients requesting black-hat services will be refused.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for client campaigns becomes client property upon full payment. Our proprietary methodologies, publisher databases, outreach frameworks, and website content remain the intellectual property of Off-Page SEO Services. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our proprietary processes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, including backlink strategies, publisher relationships, competitive analysis, and business data. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of three years.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month and may result in suspension of off-page SEO activities until accounts are current.

9. Results and Guarantees

While we employ proven off-page SEO methodologies with documented results, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, domain authority scores, or traffic volumes. Search engine algorithms are beyond our control. We commit to delivering agreed-upon deliverables with professional diligence and transparent reporting.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off-Page SEO Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date. Acquired backlinks and media placements remain in place unless removal is requested and technically feasible.

12. Website Use

You may not use our website to transmit harmful code, scrape content without permission, impersonate others, or engage in activity that disrupts site functionality. All content on offpageseo.services is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
